Fragrance inspired by Not A Perfume Juliette Has A Gun
In 2010, perfumer Romano Ricci unveiled Not A Perfume—a single-molecule composition built entirely around Cetalox.
This minimalist formula melds dry amber-woody facets with a clean “second-skin” aura.
Not A Perfume is a mono-note fragrance launched in 2010. The sole note Cetalox (ambroxan) forms a transparent halo oscillating between dry cedar, faint saltiness and velvety musk. The scent reacts to body warmth, becoming a personal signature.
Opening reveals crystalline Cetalox. The Heart continues with woody nuances. The Base melts into soft musk and a gentle amber touch.
At first—a whisper of wood; then the scent fuses with skin, lingering for up to 6 hours as an intimate cloud.
Longevity is moderate: suitable for any season and any style.
