1. Items not eligible for return
According to Annex No 3 to CMU Resolution No 172 of 19 March 1994, perfume and cosmetic products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.
2. Returning items of improper quality
If you receive a product with damaged packaging, a visible defect, or a mismatch with the order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days.
2.1. Steps to follow
1. Send a request to support@alex-parfumer.com with photo or video evidence.
2. Agree the return method with a manager (Nova Poshta; shipping paid by the Seller).
3. After the defect is confirmed, we will refund your payment within 5 business days or ship a replacement at our expense.
3. Shipping costs
If the defect is confirmed, all transportation costs are covered by the Seller. In all other cases, shipping and return costs are borne by the Buyer.
4. Product exchange
An exchange is possible if the desired item is in stock and the product is in its original, unused condition.
5. Claim processing time
Requests are processed within 2 business days after receiving supporting materials.
