Returns Policy

1. Products that are not eligible for return

According to Appendix No. 3 to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994, perfumery and cosmetic products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.

2. Returns of defective or incorrect products

If, upon receiving the parcel, damage to the packaging, defects, or mismatch with the order is detected, the Buyer has the right to submit a return or exchange request within 14 calendar days.

2.1. Procedure

  1. Send a request via direct messages to Instagram , attaching photos/videos of the defect.
  2. Agree on the return method with the manager (Nova Poshta service, delivery at the Seller’s expense).
  3. After confirmation of the defect, funds are refunded within 5 working days or a replacement is sent free of charge.

3. Delivery cost

If the defect is confirmed, transportation is paid by the Seller. In other cases, all shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

4. Exchange of goods

Exchange is carried out subject to product availability in stock and only for products in original packaging without signs of use.

5. Processing time for requests

Requests are processed within 2 working days after receiving supporting materials.

6. Liability

The parties bear responsibility in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
