1. General provisions

This document is a public contract (offer) of the online store “Alex Parfumer” and regulates the distance sale of perfume and cosmetic products in Ukraine via https://alex-parfumer.com/. By accepting the Offer (clicking “Checkout” or paying the invoice), the Buyer fully and unconditionally agrees to its terms.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods under this Offer.

3. Order placement

The Buyer places an order through the site’s cart or by contacting customer support. After confirmation, the Buyer receives a message with order details and the amount to be paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are indicated in Ukrainian hryvnia and include VAT where applicable. Payment methods: bank card via Fondy, bank transfer, or cash-on-delivery via Nova Poshta.

5. Delivery

Delivery across Ukraine is performed by Nova Poshta or another carrier chosen by the Buyer. Delivery costs are paid by the Buyer unless otherwise specified by a promotion.

6. Rights and obligations of the Parties

The Buyer has the right to receive goods of proper quality and to request exchange or refund in case of defect. The Seller may change prices, assortment and refuse to execute an order if payment or pickup rules are violated.

7. Returns and exchanges

Perfume and cosmetic products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange. In case of improper quality, the Buyer may file a return or exchange request within 14 calendar days.

8. Liability and force majeure

The Parties are liable in accordance with Ukrainian law and are released from liability for force-majeure circumstances.

9. Term of the Offer

The Offer is valid indefinitely until withdrawn or replaced by a new version published on the site.
