Delivery Terms

1. Orders are shipped every day.
2. Shipping to Nova Poshta branches is carried out within 1–3 days from the moment of payment.
3. If for any reason it is not possible to ship the order within the specified time (for example, due to a large number of orders or other technical circumstances), we will обязательно notify you about this.
   
   In this case, we will agree on a new shipping date together. If the proposed timeframe does not suit you, we can issue a full refund upon your request.

5. Shipping via Ukrposhta is available for orders placed through the Instagram page.
6. Payment is available only by cashless method.
7. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991, perfumery and cosmetic products are included in the list of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange.
8. Delivery time and cost depend on the recipient's location.
